About Jen Murphy

With over two decades of experience in real estate administration, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Client Care Coordinator with The Pace Team. Since 2001, she's worked in a variety of administrative capacities, from the front desk to managing a busy real estate team, always with a strong focus on client relations and creating a smooth, welcoming experience.

Jen grew up in Lorne Park and recently relocated to Hamilton, embracing a new community while continuing to do what she loves most—supporting clients and ensuring every detail is taken care of. Outside of work, you’ll often find Jen dog sitting, spending summer weekends at the cottage, or enjoying time with family and friends. Jen also loves exploring different cities across Ontario, traveling, and hiking. With an outgoing personality and a passion for connecting with people, Jen is committed to making every client’s journey with The Pace Team a positive and memorable one.
